Young people to take over maritime museum for Halloween
The Young People's Collective are to host the Teen Halloween Scream on Friday night.
Young people will take over the Aberdeen Maritime Museum for a Halloween event on Friday night.
The Teen Halloween Scream, organised by the Young People's Collective, features a lifelike latex wounds workshop, make-up skills, hip hop zombie dance-off and a Halloween games zone.
The group of 16-24 year olds meet regularly to take part in creative workshops, artists' talks and cultural projects at Aberdeen's museums.
Councillor John Wheeler, education and children's services convener said: "We are delighted that the Maritime Museum is playing host to another great evening devised by the Young People's Collective.
"With a mixture of tricks and treats on offer, I'm sure everyone who comes along will have a Halloween to remember."
