Boy, 14, injured after being hit by car near Wellgate
The boy suffered an injury to his ankle after the incident on Victoria Street.
Police are appealing for information after a 14-year-old boy was hit by a car near the Wellgate Centre in Dundee.
The boy suffered an injury to his ankle after a silver or light coloured car struck him on Victoria Street at around 4.45pm on Thursday.
The driver of the car stopped to offer help but his offer was declined and he left.
The driver is male, in his 30s, with brown or red hair and a beard.
He was wearing a red and white striped polo shirt and blue jeans.
