Students in Aberdeen were given the opportunity to learn about wellbeing.
Aberdeen University students have been given the opportunity to learn about physical well-being, mental well-being, personal safety and cyber security.
Students from the university had the opportunity to talk to a variety of service providers, external support services, charities and student-led organisations on Thursday.
Police Scotland, Choices Aberdeen and a student-led breast cancer awareness organisation, CoppaFeel, were a few of the groups on hand to offer information and advice.
There was a series of talks on resilience, cyber security, staying safe and sexual health, along with a variety of demonstrations and interactive activities.
Vice-principal for the people strategy at the university, Margaret Ross, said: "Student's health and well-being is of utmost importance to the university.
"We want to ensure that students stay healthy and safe and have an enjoyable student experience."
