Buildings in Aberdeen are lighting up in pink and blue for National Baby Loss Awareness Week.

His Majesty's Theatre, the Robert Gordon University and Marischal College are supporting the campaign to encourage discussions about bereavement care for people affected by pregnancy and baby loss.

The campaign aims to "turn the UK pink and blue" to show support and spread awareness.

Landmarks and buildings all over the UK are getting involved.

This year, the campaign is specifically aimed at improving bereavement support.

Throughout this week, bereaved parents, their families and friends are uniting with each other and others to commemorate their babies' lives.

Across the UK, Baby Loss Awareness Week is a collaboration between more than 40 charities who provide support to bereaved families and work with health professionals and services to improve care.
