Music fans have voiced their anger after tickets for a Stereophonics gig in Dundee sold out in minutes.

Disappointed fans unable to get their hands on briefs for the Caird Hall concert on August 22 took to social media to express their frustration.

Tickets have appeared on resale websites such as Viagogo and StubHub for inflated rates of up to £400 rather than the original price of £38.50.

Kirsty McCabe took to Twitter to say: "Gutted I missed out on Stereophonics tickets in Dundee. Total joke."

Norma Ballingall added: "Tickets sold out before 9am and on sale on Viagogo at 9.01 for £100+. Have not heard of one genuine fan being successful in getting them"

Others urged the band to add an extra date to make up for those left disappointed.

Dawn Sneddon said: "Gutted to miss out on getting tickets for Stereophonics in Dundee. Maybe a second night is needed."
