A Dundee plumbing and heating firm has offered its services in the rebuilding of a community centre which was destroyed in a fire.

The blaze at the Mill o' Mains Pavilion in Dundee broke out at around 8pm on Sunday.

Three fire engines were sent to the scene but the building off Hebrides Drive could not be saved.

The building was used by community groups, including a school breakfast club.

Dundee-based Pitkerro Plumbing & Heating Contractors were quick to offer help with a potential rebuild of the centre.

Company owner and director Ryan Wiseman posted on social media, saying: "Myself and my partner Daniel Craig will offer our services in the rebuilding of the Mill o' Mains centre.

"We will give free labour on all plumbing works in the refit caused by the fire which has affected this community so badly."
