Police are hunting for a group of youths who attacked and robbed a 28-year-old in Dundee at the weekend.

The victim required hospital treatment on a facial injury after being assaulted near the junction of Harefield Road and Kings Cross Road in the early hours of July 16.

Officers are looking for two or three young males who were wearing light coloured clothing and escaped on bikes.

The thieves also made off with a small sum of money.

Police are carrying out door to door enquiries as well as reviewing CCTV footage in the area.
