Rare coins have been stolen from a house in Perthshire.
The thief struck at the property in the Carse of Gowrie between Inchture and Longforgan between 8.30am and 5.45pm on Friday, July 7.
A number of Canadian Silver Maple Leave 1 ounce coins, which are kept in distinctive grey plastic containers with yellow caps, were taken.
A yellow and black Montane Cobra rucksack was also stolen with police appealing for any information.
Officers say the isolated location means it is unlikely to be many witnesses to the crime.
