Ways to improve one of Aberdeenshire popular outdoor swimming pools are being sought by a group that helps maintain the centre.

Stonehaven open-air pool, which first opened in 1934, helps to attract more people to the town, with customers being asked for vital feedback.

The Friends of Stonehaven Open Air Pool have joined forces with the council to gather the information they need for next year.

Interviewers from Scotinform are on site with the survey taking a few minutes to complete.

Formed in 1994, the Friends help to maintain and promote the pool throughout the year. They hold fundraising events and carry out maintenance work to ensure it is available to the whole community.

The facility is open until 7.30pm throughout the week with a 6pm time set for the weekends.

Midnight swims will continue until Wednesday, August 16.
