Scotland's golf pioneers feature in cinema launch film
Movie explores relationship between golfing father and son, Old and Young Tom Morris.
A filming focusing on golf's founding father and son duo has been released in cinemas.
Tommy's Honour looks at Old and Young Tom Morris, who ushered in the modern game as we know it.
As their fame grew, Tom and Tommy, considered by many to be Scotland's golf royalty, were touched by drama and personal tragedy.
At first matching his father's success, Tommy grew to outshine Old Tom, who founded the Open Championship in 1860, with his own triumphs.
Directed by Jason Connery, and starring Peter Mullan, Jack Lowden and Sam Neill, the story was originally showcased at the Edinburgh Film Festival.
The film will be shown at St Andrews' New Picture House on June 30.
