A luxurious five-star cruise ship docked in Port of Dundee on Wednesday morning.

The Sea Cloud II stopped at the Forth Ports Docks in Dundee ahead of its tour of Norway and the UK.

Due to leave at about 4pm on Thursday, June 29, the yacht will travel to Leith then Edinburgh before heading to Orkney and Shetland.

Designed to looked like a historic tall ship, the vessel is owned and operated by Hamburg-based Sea Cloud Cruises.

The 347ft cruise ship was built in Keil, Germany and is made up of four decks, a gym, restaurant, a library and lounge.

Travelling all over the globe, she is due in the Mediterranean, the Transatlantic and the Caribbean later this year.
