Pensioner, 72, dies after vintage motorcycle crashes
The man was killed near Loch Ness on Sunday afternoon.
A 72-year-old man has died following a one vehicle collision near Loch Ness.
He was driving a vintage Francis Barnett motorcycle at the time.
The incident took place on the B852 between Dores and Inverfarigaig at around 12.40pm on Sunday.
It is understood that there was a vintage motorcycle event nearby to the event.
Police attended the incident, which involved a motorcycle, along with other emergency services.
A police spokesman said: "The road is closed to allow for collision investigation to take place.
"The next of kin of the man who died have been informed."
