Village to host food festival for seventh year in a row
Crail Food Festival takes place on Saturday, June 10.
A food festival will celebrate its seventh consecutive year this weekend.
Crail Food Festival will once again take place in the East Neuk, displaying some of Scotland's most exciting culinary fare.
Taking place from June 10-11, chefs including Jenny Thomson, Wullie Balfour and Justin Maule will host demonstrations.
Fife's food ambassador Christopher Trotter will also be present.
The professional food writer, who has over the years run businesses from hotels and restaurants to Scotland's Larder, will host an event celebrating Scottish food.
With music events, children's activities, indoor and outdoor markets, this festival makes a point of putting local produce at the heart of the action.
Samples on taste plates are available for visitors with other meet the producer opportunities forming another key part of the weekend.
