Parents of toddler killed by speeding car hold protest
Steve and Sara Edwards wanted locals to join them on Larghan View.
The parents of Harlow Edwards, who died after she was hit by a speeding car, have staged a protest on the road where the toddler was killed.
Work was due to be carried out on Forfar Road to prevent motorists from speeding, but this has yet to take place.
Steve and Sara Edwards were joined by locals at the end of Larghan View in a bid to renew awareness about the issue.
A spokesperson for Perth and Kinross Council said: "Perth & Kinross Council has implemented the majority of signs and road markings needed as far as possible to improve road safety on Forfar Road in Coupar Angus.
"We have been in contact with the Edwards family to let them know that while additional traffic signals and signage have been ordered, installing these will require the permission of neighbouring land owners.
"We are progressing this as quickly as possible and will continue to keep the family up-to-date."
