Boy charged with taking knife into secondary school
The teenager is also accused of an attack, not involving a weapon, on a fellow pupil.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with taking a knife into an Aberdeenshire school.
He is also accused of attacking a pupil at the secondary on Monday.
The alleged attack did not involve a weapon, it is understood.
The teenager will be reported to Police Scotland's Youth Justice Management Unit, the force said.
A spokesman added: "Following an incident on Monday, Police Scotland can confirm that a 14-year-old pupil has been charged and has been reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit."
