An Aberdeen landmark has shown its colours ahead of Saturday's Scottish Cup final.

The Tivoli Theatre on Guild Street unveiled a huge flag at the top of the building as the Dons take on Celtic in the showpiece match at Hampden.

It is the first time a flag has been flown from the top of the building for 100 years.

The theatre's front doors and windows are already decorated with pictures of current Aberdeen stars including striker Adam Rooney and captain Graeme Shinnie.

Aberdeen are looking to win the trophy for the first time since 1990 while opponents Celtic are attempting to complete a domestic treble.

Other businesses and shops throughout the city have also put on displays to show their support for Derek McInnes' team.
