Trampoline park to open in time for summer holidays
Aberdeen's first trampoline park is planned to open the start of July on Craigshaw Road.
Aberdeen's first trampoline park will open this July in West Tullos Industrial Estate.
Jump In will transform the former AC Yule Glazing building on Craigshaw Road into a leisure centre for all ages.
The new facility is planned to open at the start of July after the school term ends on Friday, June 30, and aims to create a total of 60 jobs.
The application was initially refused by the council for being "out of town" but councillors later overruled the decision.
Plans for the centre include interconnected trampolines and wall trampolines, a foam pit, air bag, dedicated toddler jump and a Gladiators-style beam.
A spokesperson for Jump In said: "Hi Aberdeen. We are so excited to confirm that your Jump In arena will be open for the summer holidays! It's going to be a great summer."
The firm currently has several parks in England and has plans for a park in Edinburgh.
