Hosted by Edith Bowman, the awards celebrate the best film, television and games produced over the last year in Scotland.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon presented the biggest award of the night to Alan Cumming OBE, for Outstanding Contribution to Film and Television.

"My parents wouldn't have been able to afford to send me to an institution as good as the one I went to, if I was born anywhere else" he added, speaking of his time as a student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Armchair Detectives, Susan Calman's popular game show won in the Entertainment category.

She shared her delight on social media, writing: "Well. We just won a BAFTA for Armchair Detectives. How rather amazing."
