Sharon Osbourne has hit back at claims she is 'drunk' on the X Factor after forgetting her act Saara Aalto's name.

The judge told ITV's Good Morning Britain: "I'm just terrible with names. I am the worst with names."

Host Piers Morgan chipped in: "I can confirm because we used to work together on America's Got Talent and you were useless then with names, so it's not surprising."

He continued: "Some people think you're drunk, have you been illicitly drinking?"

Sharon joked: "Oh my lord. Maybe if I did have a drink, I'd remember people's names. I should try drinking!

"Each week they go 'oh, she's on the bottle again'. The milk bottle maybe."

Aalto, who is in the over 25s category, again found herself in the bottom two but was saved when 18-year-old Freddy Parker was sent home.
