Kickboxer Andrew Tate has been removed from the Big Brother house.

The show said it was due to information "Channel 5 and Big Brother became aware of today".

After his removal from the house, Tate, 29, posted a video on Facebook claiming that he had been threatened by other housemates.

Tate claimed housemates Jackson Blyton, Chelsea Singh and Marco Pierre White Jr had made threats to hit him since he entered the main house on Saturday.

Big Brother said his claims were "completely false".
