Facebook has apologised for blocking Viz comic's company page and says that it was done "in error".

The satirical magazine tweeted earlier this week that their page had been "unpublished" because it apparently failed to adhere to Facebook's terms and community standards.

Facebook is able to remove content if it's reported as 'unsuitable' by users.

However, the social network didn't find anything wrong with the page and says it's sorry for the block.

Following the reinstatement of the page, Viz sent a further tweet confirming that they were back on the site but added that they wouldn't be toning down any content in the future.
