Teen charged with murder bid after man seriously injured
A 19-year-old has appeared in court after a man suffered an injury to his chest West Lothian.
A teenager has been charged with attempted murder after a man was seriously injured in West Lothian.
A 22-year-old man suffered a serious injury to his chest during an alleged incident in Union Road, Whitburn.
The incident is believed to have taken place around 5pm on Saturday.
A 19-year-old man has been charged and appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Detective sergeant Lee McCall of Livingston CID said: "Our thanks go to the local community for their support of our enquiries and response to appeals for information.
"A man has appeared in court and I want to reassure the public that we're not currently seeking anyone else in connection with this incident."
