Edinburgh New Town Cookery School launches new programme
Many of the award-winning school's graduates have gone onto successful careers.
Edinburgh New Town Cookery School (ENTCS) has launched its spring and summer programme of professional and leisure courses.
Spring-inspired courses are offered through the week and on weekends for home cooks or visitors to Edinburgh looking to learn a skill.
The one, three and six month courses are designed to help students break into the industry and start their career in cookery.
The award-winning school has seen many of its graduates go on to careers in food, from chefs in restaurants, private catering companies, food stylists and writers, to simply earning a living during gap years or university breaks.
ENTCS principal, Fiona Burrell, said: "Whether students are hungry to enter the culinary world or just eager to hone their cooking skills, our courses bring the highest standard of teaching for an exciting career in the food industry, or just to bring a seasonal and professional approach to home cooking.
"We have a passion for food and a passion for teaching, and mixing them together makes for inspiring training, plus a dedication that sees us using the best quality ingredients and top of the range equipment."
