The pair will attend Edinburgh Castle and the city's Social Bite social enterprise cafe.
Harry and Meghan, who will marry in May, will then attend a reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
The reception is part of Scotland's Year of Young People and will celebrate youth achievements.
