A woman who had two flights cancelled by Ryanair says she will never use the airline again as anger grows over its decision to ground Scottish flights.

Ryanair has suspended all journeys between Scotland and London from November until March.

Kirsteen Turnbull was one of thousands of passengers stranded when Ryanair grounded flights earlier this month after "messing up" pilots' holidays.

The 46-year-old has now had another flight cancelled in November and is one of 400,000 people affected by the second round of cancellations.

Ms Turnbull, from Dunfermline, said: "I feel gutted and annoyed, I wouldn't book another flight with Ryanair again.

"The way they've been handling it is very flippant. I can't trust them again."

Ms Turnbull, who booked the flights to visit her daughter in Colchester, said she has struggled to get compensation from Ryanair.

The airline has been accused of misleading passengers with inaccurate information and faces possible legal action from the Civil Aviation Authority.

She added: "They sent me £80 in vouchers which can be spent on a Ryanair flight I'm never going to use."

Consumer watchdog Which? said the airline should offer affected customers automatic refunds, calling the situation a "nightmare".
