Two teenagers charged after bikes stolen from high school
Five bikes were taken from Newbattle High, Midlothian, on Thursday.
Two teenagers have been charged after mountain bikes were stolen from a Midlothian secondary school.
The youths, aged 14 and 15, were detained after the items were taken from an outbuilding in the grounds of Newbattle High, near Dalkeith, on Thursday morning.
A total of five mountain bikes were taken from the building at around 10.30am.
A police spokesman said: "A report will be submitted to the Children's Reporter."
