Outlander actor 'stabbed' in street after poetry event

Outlander and River City actor Tam Dean Burn is recovering after allegedly being stabbed in a street attack in Edinburgh.
The 60-year-old had been speaking at an event at the Scottish Poetry Library on Saturday when he was assaulted outside the venue in the city's Crichton Close at around 4pm.
The actor was taken to hospital, but later released.
Police have confirmed that a 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "At 4pm on Saturday, officers responded to a report of a 60-year-old man having been assaulted in Crichton Close.
"A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident."
On Sunday, Burn took to social media to thank all his fans for the messages of support and said that he was resting up.
