Woman rescued from harbour and airlifted to hospital
The alarm was raised around 7pm by a member of the Buckie Coastguard Rescue Team.
A unconscious woman was rescued from the water in Buckie Harbour after she was spotted by a local coastguard volunteer.
The alarm was raised around 7pm by a member of the Buckie Coastguard Rescue Team.
They were joined for the operation by the Buckie RNLI lifeboat.
HM Coastguard's search and rescue helicopter from Inverness later arrived on the scene to fly the woman to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
No details have been released about her condition.
