Search for two 12-year-old boys missing from Glasgow
One of the youngsters requires medication, which he does not have with him.
A search is under way for two 12-year-old boys who have been missing since Thursday.
Kyle Moffat, from Mathieson Terrace, and Hayden Fisher from Jane Place, both Gorbals, are close friends and believed to in each other's company.
Kyle is in need of medication which he does not have with him.
The boys, who are believed to be actively avoiding police and family members, were seen at around 2pm on Friday at Asda in Toryglen.
Kyle is described as white, 4ft, of slim build and has brown eyes and hair.
When last seen he was wearing a black jacket, red trousers and red trainers.
He has no money with him and does not have a mobile phone.
Hayden is described as white, 5ft, of slim build and has dark hair shaved at the sides.
He was wearing a black and grey jacket, dark blue Lacoste jogging bottoms and black trainers.
Inspector Iain Greene, of Cathcart Police Station, said: "Kyle and Hayden's parents reported them both missing around 10.50pm and 11.45pm respectively when they didn't come home last night.
"Both sets of parents had been out looking for the children but when they couldn't find them or get in touch with them via friends etc, they called the police.
"The boys were seen locally in Asda in Toryglen earlier on Friday."
He added: "We also know that they are actively avoiding police and contact from their families, however, whilst this may be the case, they are just 12 years old and we need to make sure they are safe and well and get them back to their families who are of course very upset and concerned about them being away."
Anyone with information about where Kyle and Hayden are can contact Cathcart Police Station via 101, quoting reference numbers 3932 and 4076 of the 12 of October 2017.
