Attempted murder probe after six hurt in playpark brawl
A 23-year-old man is in a critical condition at a hospital in Glasgow.
Six people have been injured in a mass brawl near a children's playpark in Glasgow.
A 23-year-old man is in a critical condition and police are treating the attack on Ballantay Terrace, Castlemilk, as attempted murder.
A 25-year-old man is also being treated in hospital and has been described as "stable" by doctors.
Four others suffered less serious injuries during the incident at 8pm on Saturday.
Detective chief inspector Martin Fergus, from Police Scotland's major investigation team, said: "Our enquiries into the circumstances of this incident are at an early stage and we are trying to establish exactly what happened and identify those involved.
"Anyone who witnessed this incident in Castlemilk is urged to contact Police Scotland at Helen Street Police Station."
