Growing concerns for vulnerable man who fled hospital

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a vulnerable man who went missing from an Ayrshire hospital.
Gordon Wilson disappeared from a ward in Woodland View Hospital in Irvine at around 9am on Sunday, July 2.
The 47-year-old is described as 5ft 8in, of slim build, with thinning shoulder-length greying hair.
Officers say when he was last seen, Mr Wilson was wearing blue jeans, a blue jumper with a hood as well as grey trainers with white soles.
He did not have any of his medication with him when he left, and as time passes, police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
