Students injured after taxi mounts city centre pavement
A large number of police responded to incident in Dundee's Nethergate.
At least two people have been injured after a taxi mounted a pavement in Dundee.
The car is understood to have been driven into a group of graduate students as they walked along the Nethergate around 6pm on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the scene and at least one casualty was taken to Ninewells hospital for treatment.
None of those involved in the incident are thought to be seriously injured.
An investigation will now take place to establish the circumstances around the incident.
