Body of man found in street prompts police inquiry
Officers have cordoned off Lawton Road in Dundee after the discovery on Tuesday.
A man has been found dead in a street sparking a major police probe.
The man was discovered on Lawton Terrace in Dundee at about 2.30am on Tuesday morning.
Police have sealed off an area between Byron Street and Law Crescent following the discovery.
The death is being treated as suspicious.
Officers have erected a blue tent while a police command unit and support vehicles are stationed in the area.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Police Scotland is carrying out inquiries into the sudden death of a man at Lawton Terrace, Dundee, in the early hours of Tuesday."
