Prisoner whose licence was revoked arrested in Dundee
An appeal was issued on Thursday for James McCafferty, who has now been found.
A prisoner whose release licence was revoked has been found and arrested in Dundee.
Officers launched an appeal for James McCafferty on Thursday after the Parole Board for Scotland's decision to revoke his licence.
The 35-year-old has been known to frequent several areas in Dundee and was thought to be sleeping rough.
On Friday, police confirmed he had been found.
A statement said: "Police Scotland can confirm that James McCafferty has now been traced and arrested on revocation of his licence from the Parole Board.
"Thank you for your assistance in this matter."
