Increasing concern for missing 16-year-old schoolboy
Cameron Hogg was reported missing on Tuesday morning from his home in Whitburn.
Police say they are growing 'increasingly concerned' for a schoolboy who has been missing since Monday.
Cameron Hogg, 16, was discovered missing from his home in Crofters Way, Whitburn, West Lothian, at around 7.45am on Tuesday.
He was last seen at around 11pm the previous night.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who knows of his whereabouts to get in touch.
He is described as a white, 6ft, of slim build, with a fair complexion, blue eyes and short black hair.
He is believed to be wearing a grey hooded top, which has a fur-lined hood, black Adidas trainers and black skinny jeans.
Inspector Marion Steele of Livingston Police Station said: "Cameron has now not been seen for some time and we are eager to trace his whereabouts.
"I would ask anyone who has seen Cameron, or recognises his description, to contact us as soon as possible.
"I would also encourage Cameron if he does see this message to come home or get in touch with his family or police to let us know he's okay."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.
