A man is to stand trial accused of attempting to run over two parking attendants.

Steven Fairweather is alleged to have driven dangerously in a car park on Bank Street in Lochee, Dundee.

Prosecutors say he drove his car at Martin Kelling and Robbie Knox, causing them to take evasive action to avoid a collision.

Fairweather, 42, of Balerno Street, Dundee, denies a charge of dangerous driving on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC continued the case to trial later in December.
