Jewellery worth more than £13,000 stolen during raid on home

Diamond earrings and designer watches were among jewels worth more than £13,000 stolen from a home in Dundee.
The house in Lethnot Street, Broughty Ferry, was raided on Tuesday at some point between 2.30pm and 7pm.
A set of diamond earrings, a diamond ring, two ladies designer watches, two pearl necklaces with a matching set of pearl earrings, two platinum wedding rings and three gold rings were among the items stolen.
Officers said the jewels had an estimated value of more than £13,000.
They have appealed for any witnesses to come forward by contacting police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
