Man injured in street attack near Dundee cash and carry
The 47-year-old was attacked in a Dundonald Street close on Tuesday afternoon.
A man was taken to hospital for treatment after a serious assault in Dundee.
The 47-year-old was attacked in a close near Hajveri Cash and Carry in Dundonald Street between 1.30pm and 2pm on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called and the victim was taken to Ninewells Hospital where he was treated for injuries to his arm
Police have now launched an investigation and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
The suspect is described as being about 30 years old, of medium build, about 5ft 8in tall with light brown hair. At the time of the attack he was wearing a denim jacket.
