German police capture bomb attack suspect after failed raid
The police said on Twitter they caught the man on Sunday night, having lost their grasp on him.
German authorities said on Monday they had captured a man who was suspected of planning a bomb attack.
"Tired but overjoyed: we captured the terror suspect last night in Leipzig", Saxony state police said on Twitter.
Police had been looking for the suspect, 22-year-old Jaber Albakr, since the Syrian refugee slipped through their grasp during a raid on an apartment in Chemnitz on Saturday.
