
Man charged over crash which killed boy of ten and his aunt

A man been charged over a fatal car crash during a police chase which led to the deaths of a ten-year-old boy and his aunt.
Joshua Dobby, 23, of no fixed abode, will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court today over the fatal crash on Wednesday 31 August.
Child actor Makayah McDermott and his aunt, 34-year-old Rozanne Cooper, died after the collision with a car on Lennard Road, Penge, in South London.
Mr Dobby is charged with:
Ms Cooper and Makayah were walking together with Makayah's twin sisters and an unrelated girl aged eight when they were struck by a car which was being chased by police.
The twins, 13-year-olds Niyah and Yahla, were trapped underneath the black Ford Focus but managed to crawl out when bystanders lifted the car off them.
All three girls were taken to hospital but have since been released.
