An explosion at a restaurant in the German city of Ansbach has killed one person and injured 10, local police confirmed.
A spokesman for the Bavarian Interior Ministry said the explosion was not an accident and appears to have been intentional.
The mayor of Ansbach told reporters that the explosion was caused by an explosive device, according to the Nordbayern.de news website.
The spokesman added that more than 2,000 people were evacuated from a nearby music festival.
