Concerns have been raised for the safety of a 71-year-old man after he went missing overnight.

William Clark, known as Billy, is from the Muirhall Road area of Perth and was last seen at around 7.20pm on Saturday.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a long sleeved rugby shirt with blue and white horizontal stripes, black trousers and black shoes.

He is 5ft 8in and has balding, white hair and has a slim build.

Officers are currently searching the area and have urged anyone whop may have seen Mr Clark or may have further information to contact Police Scotland on 101.
