In Tuesday's Emmerdale, Belle and Charity's plan doesn't exactly go well. At the spa, Belle orders cocktail after cocktail, guilty about what she's doing. Charity tries to convince her this is the only way, but sulky Belle is having none of it - but she's alarmed to see her mum arrive at the spa to surprise them! How will she get away with the miscarriage plan now?

Elsewhere, Tracy confesses her real feelings about the engagement to Diane.

She bursts into tears when she tells David she can't marry him, saying he's proposing for the wrong reasons. He accepts and announces to everyone that they're 'disengaged' - but warns Tracy that is isn't over, surprising her with his determination.

Plus, Lachlan acts out against Lawrence, driving donuts on the lawn in one of his classic cars. They argue and Lawrence slaps his grandson, shocking them both. Hurt, Lachlan storms off and Lawrence watches with a flicker of concern. Has he gone too far?
