Man, 49, found badly injured in street dies in hospital
Nigel Poustie was seen falling over on Dundee's Charleston Drive on Monday.
A man who was rushed to hospital after collapsing in a Dundee street has died.
Nigel Poustie was found badly injured in Charleston Drive, close to the junction with Spey Drive, at around 6:30pm on Monday.
He was seen falling over several times before being taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
Police said the 49-year-old later died on Tuesday afternoon as a result of his injuries.
Police Scotland are now appealing for anyone who had been in contact with Mr Poustie on Monday or who may have seen him around the time he was found on Charleston Drive.
He is described as being of medium build and was wearing a dark jacket and black 'tammy' hat with a red band around it.
Mr Poustie's family have been informed and a report is to be sent to the procurator fiscal.
