Cristiano Ronaldo throws reporter's microphone in river
The pressure on Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo appeared to be on show.
Cristiano Ronaldo threw a reporter's microphone into a river, as the under-fire Portugal captain reacted angrily to being asked a question during a pre-match stroll with his team-mates.
Ronaldo has yet to score in Euro 2016, and his side are third in Group F going into their final group game against Hungary on Wednesday evening.
The reporter approached the Real Madrid star and asked, in Portuguese, "Are you ready for the game today?", before he grabbed the microphone and hurled it in the river.
The 31-year-old's displays have come under scrutiny after Portugal were held to a 1-1 draw by Iceland in their opening game, after which he was criticised for saying his opponents had a "small mentality".
He then missed a penalty in the goalless draw with Austria on Saturday, leaving Portugal at risk of not qualifying for the knockout stages of the competition.
