May Ashworth stole our hearts earlier this week with her very cute Google searches, in which she politely asks Google for information.

Her grandson Ben John showed the world what courtesy looks like after he opened her laptop and saw the most polite Google search.

May, 86, had been wanting to find out what the Roman numerals "mcmxcviii" meant in modern numbers, and did not forget to say please and thank you.

Naturally he tweeted a photo of it, and the tweet went viral in a matters of hours, being shared over 15,000 times.

Google UK has heard about the story, and responded to her request personally, saying her search "made us smile".

The official Google account also gave her the answer for her search - it's the year 1998.

That's what you call personal service.
