Five men are to stand trial accused of stealing a cash machine by dragging it from a shop using a 4x4 vehicle.
The group are accused of plotting together before an ATM holding almost £16,000 was allegedly taken from a Co-operative store in Carnoustie, Angus.
Prosecutors claim a hole was cut in shutters of the shop before a rope was tied around the cash machine.
It is alleged a Land Rover vehicle was then used to drag the cash machine from the Co-op in February this year.
