Boy obsessed with serial killers guilty of killing two strangers

A 17-year-old boy who was obsessed with serial killers has been found guilty of murdering two strangers in gruesome attacks.
James Fairweather was 15 when he stabbed James Attfield, 33, and Nahid Almanea, 31, to death in Colchester, Essex in 2014.
He was obsessed with serial killers and had a picture of Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe on his phone.
He admitted manslaughter but denied murder.
But after a two-week trial at Guildford Crown Court, a jury convicted him of murder.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
