It's expected that up to 15,000 people could attend the march, which is a memorial march for the victims of those who died in the Brussels attacks of last month.
The march began at Brussels North Station and will end at the Fontainas square, where speeches will be delivered by members of victims' families and staff who were there at the time of the attack.
