Couple charged over alleged dance floor sex simulation
Trevor Adams and Sarah McWilliams each face a charge of public indecency.
A couple are facing criminal charges for "simulating sexual intercourse" on the dance floor of a nightclub.
Trevor Adams and Sarah McWilliams each face a charge of public indecency over an alleged incident on March 4 at the Beat Generator club in North Lindsay Street, Dundee.
It is alleged Adams lay on his back on the dance floor before McWilliams "sat astride" him.
Prosecutors say they both rubbed against the other and simulated intercourse.
Adams faces a further charge of sexually assaulting a woman in the club by rubbing himself against her and placing his hand on her inner thigh under her clothing.
Adams, 43, of, Perth, pleaded not guilty to the charge and had a trial date set in July.
McWilliams, 33, also of Perth, did not appear at the hearing at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday. The case against her was continued without plea until next month.
